Arriving at our home on the ground floor you will find an in-ground heated pool, deck with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, pool bar, putting green, and a dedicated BBQ area. This space is perfect for a family get-away.

GETTING HERE

This home is boat access only. Whether you bring your own boat to dock right at the house or take one of the many water taxis that travel to North Captiva daily, our property managers will be there to meet and greet you and will assist you with all your belongings to the house.
